Service Description

This flat-fee package is perfect for homeowners who have a contractor and want to implement their project independently through our design materials. This package costs a total of $2,500 and includes up to 5 online sessions (2 hours each) that are valid for a 6 month period. It is ideal for small/medium kitchens ranging 100 - 400 square feet. How it works: Stage 1: You begin by showing us your kitchen, providing us with site measurements, and conveying your project needs to us. Once we have grasped the scope of the project, we will begin working on conceptual drawings that concisely convey our design proposal. Stage 2: We begin a process of revisions where we present our design materials and alter them after every meeting to achieve the optimal design. During this stage, we also consult with your contractor to ensure implementation runs smoothly and that the design direction is clear. Design materials provided: -Mood boards -Material and color inspiration -Sketches -Floor plans and elevations Stage 3: During this stage, we specify all materials, appliances, and fixtures. We provide you ,via mail, with physical material samples for your approval. Examples of these include cabinetry materials and colors, countertops, backsplash, flooring, glass, and metal samples. We source these from our trusted, local vendors and provide you with quotes. If you approve these, you may purchase them directly from our vendors. After the above has been approved, we convey the concrete design through realistic 3D renders and video walkthroughs. Through these, the geometry of the space is fully grasped and all materials & fixtures are shown in full display. Stage 4: This last stage is where we provide you with will all final construction documents for a seamless implementation. We go over these with your contractor one last time and hand off all materials for independent implementation. Construction documents provided: -Code-compliant blueprints -Shop drawings -Material, plumbing, and fixture schedules -Renders (Please note that we are not involved in the implementation phase.
