Interior Architecture
From new construction to remodels, our team drafts inerior architectural drawings and prepares CAD documentation for construction. We care for all things interior including hard material selection (eg: tiles, countertops, metals, etc.), space planning, cabinetry, lighting, HVAC and sound system design.
Interior Design
Whether it is a full-remodel or purely an aesthetic lift, we capture of client's vision and specify soft materials (eg: wallpaper, decorative paint, fabrics, drapery, art, accessories, etc.) and furniture to elevate the space. We take care of all the purchasing and installation so our clients can have a smooth transition into their newly decorated space.
Procurement
Our procurement services involve sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, art, and accessories from our trusted network of vendors. We oversee every stage of the procurement process, from sourcing to purchasing to delivery, to ensure every element is delivered to the highest standards and according to the design.
Project Management
Our team coordinates with architects, contractors, and builders from the beginning stages of each project to completion. We provide site assessments and bidding and take care of all the budgeting and scheduling. Once the project is in the construction phase, we provide construction management and constant site visits to ensure everything is executed according to plan.
Installation Coordination
We coordinate with installers and vendors to ensure all is installed to perfection. Whether our clients are local or away, we personally style the space so they may easily move in and enjoy! We provide a final assessment to ensure all is running well on-site and address any final questions our clients may have before the project closure.

ASSESSMENT
The assessment phase is where we get to know our clients and their project needs. To ensure the project's success, we help our clients set a clear timeline and a realistic budget. We spend plenty of time familiarizing ourselves with the project site and conducting a thorough assessment to identify potential issues. At this stage, our team gets introduced to our client's team, such as architects and builders, and we collaborate to provide strategies for the best implementation.

DESIGN
We then move on to producing the design concept. We take a holistic approach encompassing space planning, ambiance, comfort, and aesthetics. Once the design direction is grasped, we begin drafting interior architectural plans and specifying materials, color schemes, FF&E, etc. To present a clear visual to our clients, we provide 2D & 3D renders and physical samples of all specified materials.

IMPLEMENTATION
Once the design concept and project items have all been approved by our clients, we move on to the implementation phase. This is where the project begins to come together through objective analysis and meticulous coordination. We obtain bids and present our clients with a budgeting and scheduling proposal to ensure we remain within the budget/project timeline. Once this proposal is approved, we provide purchasing management and fine-tune construction documentation with our client's consultants.

EXECUTION
The execution phase may vary from project to project and is much simpler for projects that only involve FF&E selection. For new constructions and remodels, this stage may last months or years and our team is involved, in a support capacity, every step of the way. We take a hands-on approach and provide constant site visits to ensure all is executed to perfection. We also coordinate with installers and conduct persistent testing to ensure all systems operate according to the design.

PROJECT CLOSURE
This last stage involves a final inspection of the finished site. We walk our clients through the project and answer any questions they may have. Once all execution has been completed, we oversee the installation of FF&E and personally style the space with accessories and art. The result is a space ready for day-to-day operations and feels lived in. The project is ready for hand-off and we provide a final reveal for our clients.
